Olde English Bulldogge
Healthy, loyal and courageous, the Olde English Bulldogge is a modern reconstruction of the original bulldog bred and used to fight bulls in England.
This breed was developed by David Leavitt by crossing the modern English Bulldog with a Bull Mastiff, Pit bull, and American Bulldog mix. Leavitt desired to produce a dog that was free from the health problems of English Bulldogs, but maintained their temperament.
Olde English Bulldogges should be free from breathing problems and should be able to breed and whelp on their own.
While still resembling the English Bulldog, Olde English Bulldogges have longer snouts and are taller and more proportionate. They maintain the loving, loyal nature of the English Bulldog and make excellent family pets.
